Digital Signature

A digital signature option is available for the Privacy Consent form for credit applications submitted online via our online application portal. (If you are not currently using the online portal, please contact your Account Manager to arrange a demonstration).

How does digital signature for Privacy Consent work?

When submitting a new credit application through our partner portal, you will be given the option to send the Privacy Consent form to any individual (sole trader, individual trustee, individual partner, guarantor) in the application.

- The email address and mobile number of the individual will be mandatory when the eSignature option is selected to send out the DocuSign envelope
- The required individual(s) will receive an email link to digitally sign the Privacy Consent form via DocuSign, this will expire after 72 hours
- A reminder email will be sent after 24 and 48 hours if it is not completed
- Once the form has been signed you will receive an email notification.
