Customer Relationship Specialist

Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Operations, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Managing your own portfolio of approximately 25 commercial clients.
  • Supporting your assigned portfolio through the entire customer lifecycle ranging from origination, onboarding through to end of term management.
  • Liaising with executive level customers within your portfolio to solve queries, support them through the settlements process and manage day to day requests.
  • Working to KPIs and quality targets. 

To be successful with this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas:

  • 3 years’ experience within a dedicated, B2B, customer service role in the banking & finance industry.
  • Experience working within asset finance is a distinct advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
