We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Developer to design, build, and maintain our Sales and Customer Service platform. You will deliver integrations, automations, and enhancements that improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience, working closely with business analysts, product owners, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service modules, including custom entities, forms, workflows, and business rules
- Build Power Automate flows and develop plugins using C#
- Maintain integrations via Dataverse Web API, Azure Logic Apps, and Data Factory
- Optimise SQL and FetchXML queries, support data migrations, and ensure data quality
- Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
About You
- 3+ years’ experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales/Customer Service)
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, model-driven apps, and Power Platform
- Experience with Power Automate, C# plugins, SQL, FetchXML
- Excellent communicator, able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with modern Microsoft cloud architecture
