Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Maintaining & growing a portfolio of Broker and Aggregator relationships.
- Identifying new opportunities and devising sales strategies to encourage portfolio growth.
- Educating market on new products & service offering and providing market feedback to senior management.
- Working to team and individual sales targets.
- Enhancing internal and external stakeholder relationships to solve queries and ensure a smooth operational process.
To be successful with this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:
- 3 – 5 years experience working as a Relationship Manager or Business Development Manager in the commercial asset finance sector.
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with Brokers & Aggregators in the Australian market.
- Proficient in handling sales cycles of varying durations, from short-term to long-term engagements.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the sales pipeline and adept at structuring in-person meetings with potential clients.
- Skilled at attentively listening to specific circumstances of clients and effectively presenting the value proposition of your products and service.
