Senior Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Head of Partnership Sales, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Maintaining and growing a portfolio of Broker relationships.
  • Identifying new opportunities and devising sales strategies to encourage portfolio growth.
  • Prepare quotes and manage end to end tender response processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
  • Resolve customer issues across pricing, credit & settlement and escalate complex matters as needed.  

About You

  • Degree qualified in Finance, Business or a related degree is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience working as an Account Manager, Relationship Manager or a Business Development Manager in the commercial asset finance sector.
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with Brokers and Vendors in the Australian market.
  • Strong understanding of operating leases and rental finance, with a solid background in both sales and credit management.
  • Motivated and adaptable relationship manager who delivers exceptional customer service.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as operate independently.
  • Genuine interest in developing market share and looking for business development opportunities.
  • Skilled at using analytical thinking to solve business challenges and drive positive outcomes.
