Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head of Partnership Sales, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Maintaining and growing a portfolio of Broker relationships.
- Identifying new opportunities and devising sales strategies to encourage portfolio growth.
- Prepare quotes and manage end to end tender response processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
- Resolve customer issues across pricing, credit & settlement and escalate complex matters as needed.
About You
- Degree qualified in Finance, Business or a related degree is preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience working as an Account Manager, Relationship Manager or a Business Development Manager in the commercial asset finance sector.
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with Brokers and Vendors in the Australian market.
- Strong understanding of operating leases and rental finance, with a solid background in both sales and credit management.
- Motivated and adaptable relationship manager who delivers exceptional customer service.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as operate independently.
- Genuine interest in developing market share and looking for business development opportunities.
- Skilled at using analytical thinking to solve business challenges and drive positive outcomes.
