At Vestone Capital we value our suppliers. We, manage them for our introducers, brokers, and clients, and undertake a specialised accreditation process to ensure we are funding reputable and compliant suppliers.
What do I need to do to get a Supplier Accredited?
The on-line supplier accreditation form is available via the Introducer Portal, you can use this form for both new accreditations and reaccreditations. Go to the Supplier Tab
What supporting information is required for Vestone to accredit a new supplier – for Undisclosed Introducers?
Commercial Equifax report
· Equifax commercial file report (only required where the commercial directors file has adverse findings, Example Below)
· Supplier Accreditation form
· Copy of Supplier’s tax invoice
· Bank statement (from the last 3 months) or bank deposit slip
NOTE: for Energy suppliers the following documents are also required
· Clean Energy Council (CEC) accreditation
· Name and website details of authorised installers
What supporting information is required for Vestone to accredit a new supplier – for Disclosed Introducers?

How long are Suppliers accredited for?
- Generally, Vestone Capital will accredit supplier for 12-months. In some instances, we may only accredit suppliers for 3 to 6 months or allow a one-off accreditation.
How do I know if a supplier is already accredited with Vestone?
Vestone Capital’s introducer portal allows you to search for suppliers to confirm their accreditation status, please use the suppliers ABN to complete this search. This search function will provide you with the status of the accreditation and the accreditation expiry date.
What supporting information is required for a Supplier Re-accreditation for Undisclosed Introducers?
· Commercial Equifax report
· Equifax commercial file report
· Supplier Accreditation form
· Copy of Supplier’s tax invoice
· Bank statement

Are there any supplier types that don’t need to be accredited or reaccredited by Vestone Capital?
Direct equipment manufacturers or ASX, LSE, NYSE listed companies are not required to go through the supplier accreditation or reaccreditation process.
How can the required Supper accreditation information be provided to Vestone?
The supporting documentation can be loaded via the Supper Accreditation form on the Introducer Portal
Can a deal be settled if a Supplier is not accredited?
For a Supplier to be paid they are required to be accredited by Vestone Capital. This is to ensure we are funding genuine, reputable, and compliant suppliers.
