Who supplies the equipment?
With Vestone Capital, you have flexibility and your choice of supplier. We currently work with over 1400 technology suppliers across Australia. Over the last 25 years, we have established efficient processes to manage our supplier network and have procedures to accredit new suppliers selected by our clients. This gives you the opportunity to support your trusted local businesses. You choose who you want to supply the equipment, what you need and we will arrange the funding.
How does a school execute the rental schedule?
Vestone Capital is able to support e-signatures and traditional wet signatures (scanned copy).
What services are included and what additional services can you provide?
We work with RenewIT, our lifecycle services partner, to provide a number of services, such as:

- Sustainable Disposal and Refresh
Please note a data wipe is provided free of charge for all returned equipment.
What happens at the end of lease?
120 days prior to lease expiry Vestone Capital reminds you of the upcoming expiry and will provide you with your options, which include:
- Continue lease on a casual basis, monthly rentals are maintained
- Enter into a fixed-term extension and receive the benefit of reduced rentals for the agreed period
- Purchase your devices at Fair Market Value (FMV), capped at predetermined values
- Return the equipment.
Note: when you return equipment you ONLY need to return the charger/adapter along with it. Additional items such as keyboards, mice and the original boxes are not required to be returned.
Our exclusive education grace period for returns is 14 days after expiry date, ensuring you have sufficient time to arrange return equipment without incurring any additional rental costs.
What happens to assets when they are returned?
Vestone Capital has a significant focus on sustainability. Through our partner, Renew IT; the life of assets is extended via secondary markets. When equipment is no longer fit for use, the components are broken down and recycled or sent to e-waste facilities. If your schools have (non-leased) equipment that can’t be reused, then we may be able to assist in the responsible recycling of the equipment using green e-waste guidelines. Equipment will not be disposed of via landfill, instead all plastics and metals separated, granulated and reused.
