Credit Manager

Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, you will be responsible for providing leadership & direction to a team of 4 staff within the credit department. Your duties will also include:

  • Maintaining a portfolio of Broker relationships & provide guidance around structuring of complex deals.
  • Review & assess complex commercial loan applications.
  • Work closely with settlements and provide guidance on any escalated queries.
  • Enhancing internal and external stakeholder relationships to solve queries and ensure a smooth operational process.
  • Work closely with the CRO to contribute to credit policy development.

To be successful with this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership capacity within credit
  • Experience working in equipment asset financing is necessary.
  • Currently holding a DLA
  • Passionate and dedicated people leader.
  • Strong problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to implement processes & procedures.
